Today Dad stripped down the engine. He removed the intake and the exhaust manifolds. We found out the "lucky bolt" we found was actually the remaining piece of a bolt. The other part broke off and got stuck in the block. We also found out that all of the bolts were only finger tight, they were never torqued. Below are some pictures.
